I architect secure, compliant private AI infrastructure for regulated industries — helping fintechs and banks deploy Sovereign AI on cloud and on-prem. Over 18 years across design, code, DevOps and cloud, I've worked with Microsoft, DBS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini, HCL, and InfraCloud.
Today I run CloudEngine Labs®, a consultancy for product startups, and I write here about the engineering tradeoffs I keep meeting in practice: AI inside regulated environments, platform engineering as a compliance lever, and AI-first SDLC that doesn't melt down on contact with real teams.
A win I'm proud of: replacing a $220k/year Kubernetes proposal with an AWS Fargate architecture for a fintech client — saving $180k/year while *shrinking* the audit surface.
